Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

What this does

Enter how much peptide is in the vial and how much diluent you add. The calculator shows the concentration of the solution and the volume that holds a given amount. It is lab math for research use only, not dosing guidance.

Concentration5 mg/mL5,000 mcg per mL
Per 0.1 mL500 mcgamount in each tenth of a mL
Volume that holds your amount0.05 mL50 microliters

How the math works

Concentration = peptide (mg) divided by diluent (mL). 10 mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, which is 5,000 mcg/mL.

Volume for an amount = amount wanted (mcg) divided by concentration (mcg/mL). 250 mcg at 5,000 mcg/mL is 0.05 mL, or 50 microliters.

Always double-check the amount printed on the vial and its certificate of analysis. Labeled amounts and actual content can differ, which is one reason lot-matched third-party testing matters.
